Citihitz, the first satellite channel for drama and drama related entertainment programs, was initiated in the year 2007 under the patronage of Dialog Television (Pvt) Limited. The main objective of the channel, managed by OnAir World Ceylon (Pvt) Limid, is to cater all audience for teledrama, movie and its related entertainment and infotainment programmes with the goal of developing the knowledge to appreciate drama among the local viewer ship.
